Due to the perishable nature of our frozen seafood products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on retail purchases once an order has been delivered.

Quality Assurance

We take great care in packaging and shipping our premium frozen seafood to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. Please inspect all products immediately upon receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@oceantaste.ca with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
