Grilling (recommended): Thaw, season with garlic butter, lemon, and herbs, and grill shell-on over medium-high heat for 2β3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred β the shell locks in moisture for an incredibly juicy result.
Pan-searing: Sear shell-on in a hot pan with butter and garlic for 2β3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through for a rich, restaurant-style finish.
Steaming: Steam over boiling water for 6β8 minutes until pink and opaque β serve with a ginger soy or garlic chili dipping sauce.
Hot Pot / Boiling: Drop directly into simmering broth and cook for 3β4 minutes until pink and firm β the shell adds incredible depth and richness to the broth.
