Delivery Notification

Our delivery team will call you in advance to provide a time frame for your delivery. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.

Customer Presence Required

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen seafood products, a customer must be present at home to receive the delivery. We cannot leave frozen products unattended.

Missed Delivery

If you are not home to receive your delivery, please contact Great Lake as soon as possible to reschedule for another day.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday from 7PM to 11PM. Our team will notify you of your expected delivery window within this timeframe.

Delivery Area

We offer delivery service within a 25km radius from Great Lake Seafood Trading. Please ensure your delivery address falls within this zone when placing your order.

Important Reminders

  • Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery
  • Ensure you have adequate freezer space available
  • Contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order
