Pan-frying / Sautéing (recommended): Thaw, pat dry, season with garlic, butter, and fresh herbs, and pan-fry over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through — the classic French preparation that lets the delicate flavour shine.
Deep-frying: Coat in a light seasoned batter or breadcrumbs and deep-fry at 180°C for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy — a popular street food preparation across Southeast Asia.
