Steaming (recommended): Line a steamer basket with parchment paper, place dumplings inside, and steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes from frozen until the wrappers turn translucent and the filling is cooked through.
Microwave: Place on a microwave-safe plate with a splash of water, cover loosely, and heat on high for 2–3 minutes.
Serve immediately with light soy sauce and a touch of chili oil or sesame oil. Har Gow is best enjoyed fresh out of the steamer — when the wrapper is soft, slightly chewy, and the shrimp inside is tender and juicy.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Best consumed within 3 months of purchase.
