Grilling (recommended): Thaw, season with garlic, olive oil, and herbs, and grill over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred — perfect for a smoky, restaurant-style finish.
Stir-frying: Thaw, peel if desired, and stir-fry with garlic, ginger, and sauce over high heat for 3–4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Steaming: Steam over boiling water for 4–6 minutes until pink and opaque — serve with a light soy and ginger dipping sauce.
Hot Pot / Boiling: Drop directly into simmering broth and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink and firm.
