Steaming: Steam over boiling water for 5–7 minutes until pink and cooked through — the head-on presentation keeps the shrimp incredibly juicy.
Hot Pot / Boiling: Drop directly into simmering broth and cook for 3–5 minutes until pink and opaque.
Stir-frying: Thaw, shell if desired, and stir-fry with garlic, ginger, and your favourite sauce over high heat for 3–4 minutes.
