How to Prepare
- Thaw in the refrigerator overnight (8–12 hours) or under cold running water for 30–45 minutes.
- Remove patty from packaging and pat dry with paper towel.
- Allow to rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before cooking for even heat distribution.
- Season lightly — the natural flavour of Kobe beef shines best with just a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.
How to Cook
