How to Prepare

Pan Fry (Recommended):

  1. Thaw fillets overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water.
  2. Pat dry with paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.

Oven Bake:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place thawed fillets on a lightly greased baking dish.
  3. Season with herbs, lemon, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until opaque and cooked through.

Steam:

  1. Place thawed fillets in a steamer basket over boiling water.
