Boiling / Hot Pot: Drop directly into simmering broth and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and tender.
Fried Rice / Noodles: Add to fried rice or noodle dishes during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking for a quick seafood boost.
Soup / Congee: Stir into soups or congee and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
